Do your ceramics contain lead?
No, our pottery is made from stoneware clay and nontoxic glazes.
Are your ceramics durable?
Yes, our ceramics can withstand daily use and are even safe for dishwashers! That being said, all pottery can be broken and should be handled with care.
Shipping FAQs
When will my items be shipped?
All orders will be fulfilled within 1 week of purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions regarding our shipment process.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
All orders will be fulfilled via USPS or FedEx.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US at this time.
What should I do if my item arrives broken?
To receive any replacements, any breakage must be reported to us with photo evidence within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Please be sure to keep and document any and all packaging materials with photos of the interior and exterior of the package so we may be able to file a claim with the mail carrier and replace your goods free of charge. Local Pickup FAQs
Do you offer a local pickup option? How do I go about that?
Yes, we do offer a local pickup in San Francisco’s Mission District. You can select this method at checkout and the exact location and time frame options will be provided for you to pick from. Return and Exchange FAQs
What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer exchanges on any unused items within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item please contact braunsteinceramics@gmail.com with your order number.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. The responsibility for safely getting items back to us falls on you. Contact us to let us know why you’re returning the item for our records. We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are returned to us in one piece.
Each piece of pottery is handcrafted and then photographed, so colors may vary slightly.
